目的:应用有限元法研究上颌中切牙采用不同修复方式时牙本质和全瓷冠的应力变化情况,并分析对组织应力大小和分布的影响。方法:采用螺旋CT扫描,运用Mimics软件、Ansys软件建立3种不同牙体量上颌中切牙的三维有限元模型,分别采用全瓷冠修复和纤维桩全瓷冠修复,模拟45°切龈向咬合加载,记录牙本质、全瓷冠的Von Mises应力和最大拉应力。结果:相同牙体量时,上颌中切牙采用纤维桩全瓷冠修复后牙本质和全瓷冠的应力值均小于仅采用全瓷冠修复时的应力值,而应力分布基本相似。结论:全瓷冠联合纤维桩修复可有效降低上颌中切牙牙本质和全瓷冠的应力峰值,并且不改变原有应力分布模式,有利于降低牙折和修复失败的风险。
OBJECTIVE: To study the stress changes of dentin and all-ceramic crowns with different repair methods of maxillary central incisor using finite element method and analyze the influence on the stress distribution and size distribution. Methods: Three-dimensional finite element models of maxillary central incisor were established by using spiral CT scan, Mimics software and Ansys software. All-ceramic crowns and all-ceramic crowns were used to simulate the 45 ° gingival orientation Bite loading, recording dentin, all ceramic crown Von Mises stress and maximum tensile stress. Results: With the same tooth mass, the stress values of the posterior dentin and all-ceramic crowns with the all-ceramic fiber crown were all less than those with the all-ceramic crowns. The stress distribution was similar. CONCLUSION: All-ceramic crowns combined with fiber post repair can effectively reduce the stress peak of maxillary central dentition and all-ceramic crowns, and does not change the original stress distribution mode, which is beneficial to reduce the risk of tooth fracture and repair failure.
