睑缘黑色素痣是眼睑常见的良性肿瘤,由黑色素细胞聚集在表皮与真皮的交界产生,黑色素细胞可能会分布在网状真皮下部,位于结缔组织束之间,或围绕皮肤的其它附属器官如汗腺、毛囊、血管和神经等,偶尔还会延伸到皮下脂肪[1]。因其影响眼部美观,越来越受到人们的重视。部分黑色素痣还存在恶变的倾向,早期祛除可以达到预防的目的。由于睑缘黑色素痣靠近眼球,要将其祛除需要熟练的技术和精密的仪器,这样才能既去除病灶,又保持睑缘完美的形态[2]。2012年3月至2013年4月,笔者采用超脉冲CO2激光治疗睑缘黑色素痣36例,取得了良好的疗效,现报告如下。
The eyelid melanoma is a common benign tumor of the eyelid. Melanocytes accumulate at the interface between epidermis and dermis. Melanocytes may be located in the reticular dermis, between connective tissue bundles, or other appendages around the skin, such as sweat glands , Hair follicles, blood vessels and nerves, occasionally extended to subcutaneous fat [1]. Because of its impact on eye appearance, more and more people’s attention. Some melanomas also tend to malignant transformation, early removal can achieve the purpose of prevention. As the melanocytic nevus near the eyeball, to get rid of it requires skilled techniques and sophisticated equipment, so as to both remove the lesion, and maintain the perfect eyelid morphology [2]. From March 2012 to April 2013, I used super pulse CO2 laser treatment of palpebral melanoma 36 cases, and achieved good results, are as follows.
