一、绪言双相钢的研究始于六十年代。到七十年代末期,世界发生能源危机,美日等国将其作为节能材料,用于汽车制造业。近年来,双相钢在我国也受到注视,开展了一些研究工作。双相钢是一种低碳低合金钢。在奥氏体区或奥氏体-铁素体区内保温后,经适当的方式冷却获得双相组织。其组织特点是在高塑性的铁素体基体上,均匀分布着10~20%高强度的马氏体,从而使钢在较高塑性条件下,提高了强度,成为具有良好冲压成型性能的低合金高强度钢。它适用于汽车框架,保险杠,车轮等构件,是一种较好的节能用钢。
