大学生党员作为广大学生中的先进分子,他们在基层党建、校园文化建设、学风建设等多方面承担着重要责任。随着大学生党员队伍的不断壮大,大学生党员质量在一定程度上有所下降。基于对合肥工业大学大学生党员质量问卷调查,深入分析当下大学生党员质量的现状和存在的问题,并针对问题探索构建了大学生党员质量保障机制:坚持党员标准,统筹质量关系;创新工作方式,拓宽教育管理平台;把握重点环节,加强过程管理;建立考评体系,实行预警退出机制;加强队伍建设,构建培养“联动”机制等。
As a senior member among the majority of students, the college student party members bear important responsibilities in many aspects such as party building at the grassroots level, building a campus culture and building a good academic atmosphere. With the continuous growth of the ranks of college student party members, the quality of college student party members has declined to some extent. Based on the questionnaire survey of the quality of university student party members in Hefei University of Technology, this paper analyzes in depth the current situation and existing problems of the quality of university student party members and probes into the problems to build a quality guarantee mechanism for college student party members: upholding the standards of party members and coordinating quality relations; innovating the working methods and broadening education Management platform; grasp the key links to strengthen process management; establish evaluation system, the implementation of early warning exit mechanism; strengthen team building, build training “linkage ” mechanism.
