单纯地提出发展劳动密集型产业或高新技术产业 ,没有真正遵循比较优势的原则 ,比较优势发挥作用的条件是健全的市场机制。既然市场之手可以有效率地选择各阶段的产业发展战略 ,那么政府的有形之手将从该领域退出来 ,让市场更充分地发挥作用。在通过市场发挥中国经济的比较优势时 ,中国政府大有可为的领域就是如何让市场更顺畅地运转。
Simply put forward the development of labor-intensive industries or high-tech industries, did not really follow the principle of comparative advantage, comparative advantage to play a role in the conditions of a sound market mechanism.
