本文应用改进的多重峰分离程序,在FP—6000型微机上将校正后的鱼鳞松纤维素的X—射线衍射强度曲线分解为诸结晶峰及无定形晕。经对结晶峰的位置进行系统误差校正,用单斜晶系的晶胞参数与面间距的基本公式计算出了晶胞参数,并对结果的准确性做了较为详细的讨论。
In this paper, the improved multiepile separation program was used to decompose the X-ray diffraction intensity curve of calibrated ichthyoplast cellulose into crystalline peaks and amorphous halo on the FP-6000 microcomputer. The systematic error correction of the position of the crystal peak is carried out. The unit cell parameters are calculated by the basic formula of monoclinic cell parameters and interplanar spacing. The accuracy of the results is discussed in detail.
