本论文目的在于研究如何更好地实现撒拉族民族文化族内传承及对外传播。撒拉族民族文化作为一种无形的东西,已深深地融入撒拉尔的血液,牢牢地植入人心。撒拉语和撒拉族文字,不仅是撒拉人之间相互交流的重要工具,而且也是撒拉族民族文明和智慧的结晶及文化的重要载体。语言与人们的日常生活息息相关,是所在民族存亡的重要标志和进行相互交往的最基本技能之一。撒拉语的传播同时也为整个撒拉族民族文化的发展提供了依据和方向。通过介绍撒拉族民族文化的背景及发展的历史意义让大家对撒拉族民族文化进一步了解。我们在研究撒拉族语言文化时主要采用了文献研究法、调查研究法、政策研究法等方法比较分析。研究分析得出传播中国少数民族撒拉族族语言和文化的途径:.优化语言习得环境、扩展新的传播途径、新新媒体高效传播、在今天实施“西部大开发”及“一带一路”战略形势下,抓住机遇等。撒拉族语言和文化向国外传播途径开拓的经验为中国少数民族向国际传播提供了具体的案例经验。
The purpose of this thesis is to study how to better achieve the transmission and spread of the Salar ethnic group. Salar ethnic culture, as an invisible thing, has been deeply integrated into the blood of Salar and firmly embedded in the human heart. The Salar and Salar languages are not only an important tool for mutual communication between the Salars, but also an important carrier of the crystallization and culture of Salar ethnic civilization and wisdom. Language is closely related to the daily life of people and is an important symbol of the nation’s survival and one of the most basic skills for interacting with each other. The dissemination of Salar also provided the basis and direction for the development of Salar ethnic culture. Through the introduction of the background and development history of the Salar ethnic culture, we will have a better understanding of the Salar ethnic culture. When we study the Salar language and culture, we mainly use the methods of literature research, investigation and research, and policy research to compare and analyze. Research and analysis have come up with ways to spread the language and culture of ethnic Salar ethnic groups in China: To optimize the language acquisition environment, expand new channels of communication, and effectively spread new new media. Nowadays, the “Western Development” and “ All the way ”strategic situation, seize the opportunity and so on. The experience of the Salar language and culture in opening up to foreign countries has provided concrete case experiences for the ethnic minorities in China to spread internationally.
