在中国的百行百业中,除了政策所禁止的,绝大多数的行业都已有外资插足。但是,中国却有一个3000亿的行当至今外资无法介入,即使插足,也很快就失足。这个行业,就是家电连锁卖场。综合卖场连锁,沃尔玛、家乐福立足了;家居连锁,百安居、宜家立足了。但是,20世纪年代中期兴起的家电连锁,尽管市场巨大,却一直没有外资的进入,惟一尝试进入的灿坤3C也在三年内鸣金收兵。这不得不说是一个奇怪的现象,值得我们探讨。
