目的:评价不同种质资源薯蓣的品质。方法:硫酸-苯酚显色,紫外-可见分光光度法测定不同种质薯蓣多糖含量。结果:不同种质薯蓣多糖含量差异极显著,其中多糖含量最高的是江西瑞昌(4.713%),最低是安徽亳州(1.0111%),总平均含量为1.8075%;福建产薯蓣多糖含量以建瓯薯蓣最高(3.7827%),福建将乐最低(1.0574%),但平均含量(1.7331%)低于总平均含量。结论:不同种质来源的薯蓣多糖含量差异较大,提示临床用药应注意不同种质来源,同时也为薯蓣的引种提供依据。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of dioscorea of different germplasm resources. Methods: Sulfuric acid - phenol colorimetry and ultraviolet - visible spectrophotometry were used to determine the content of polysaccharides in different germplasms. Results: The content of polysaccharides in different germplasm was significantly different. The content of polysaccharides was the highest in Ruichang of Jiangxi (4.713%), the lowest was of Bozhou of Anhui (1.0111%), the average content was 1.8075% Dioscorea was the highest (3.7827%), Fujian Funo lowest (1.0574%), but the average content (1.7331%) below the total average content. Conclusion: The content of polysaccharides in Dioscorea nipponica var. Mongholicus differs greatly from different germplasm sources, suggesting that different sources of germplasm should be noticed in clinical application, and also provide the basis for the introduction of Dioscorea nipponica.
