测定并比较了野生桔梗与不同生长年限的栽培桔梗的总皂甙含量 ,并比较测量方法的差异对结果的影响。结果表明 :野生桔梗总皂甙含量低于栽培桔梗 ,而栽培桔梗又以一年生总皂甙含量较高。测量方法经过改进后 ,总皂甙含量的数值更接近真实值。
The total saponin content of Platycodon grandiflorum and cultivated Platycodon grandiflorum with different growth years was measured and compared. The effect of differences in measurement methods on the results was compared. The results showed that the content of total saponins in wild platycodon was lower than that of cultivated platycodon, and the content of total saponin in annual cultivar was also higher. After the measurement method is improved, the total saponin content value is closer to the true value.
