教育评价改革是一场深刻的革命。在当前中小学必须依据《关于积极推进中小学评价与考试制度改革的通知》精神,结合本地中小学教师评价现状的实际,制定自己的中小学教师教学评价方案。中小学教师教学评价体系既应包括全面评价的综合体系,又应包括分类评价的专项体系;既要体现发展性评价的要求,又要适当考虑甄别与选拔性评价的需要。
Educational evaluation reform is a profound revolution. At present, primary and secondary schools must formulate their own teaching evaluation plan for primary and secondary schools according to the spirit of “Notice on Promoting the Reform of Assessment and Examination System in Primary and Secondary Schools” and in combination with the actual situation of local primary and secondary school teachers’ evaluation. The teaching evaluation system for primary and secondary school teachers should include not only the comprehensive system of comprehensive evaluation but also the special system of classification and evaluation. It not only reflects the requirements of developmental evaluation but also takes due consideration of the need of screening and selection evaluation.
