患者男性,57岁,平素健康。1980年健康体检发现Ⅰ°房室传导阻滞(Ⅰ°A-VB)。1982年7月9日和同年11月15日因疑有心律失常两次住院,体温血压正常,无重要异常体征,胸部X 线和UCG 检查均正常。心电图所见:平卧位(附图上行)心率51次/分,P-R 0.28″;转为右侧卧位2分钟后心率56次/分,P-R 0.38″—0.52″,房室呈1:1传导,4分钟后出现Ⅱ°一型A-VB(附图中、下行),房室传导比率
