为探讨影响固体二氧化氯杀菌效果的因素,以载体定量杀菌试验法测定了二氧化氯浓度、作用时间、温度、有机物、pH 等因素对杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞效果的影响。结果表明,二氧化氯溶液药物浓度、作用时间、温度与该菌的存活呈负相关;有机物浓度的增加可使杀灭效果下降,但影响不明显。在溶液 pH 为酸性或碱性时,杀菌效果好于中性环境;浓度相同时,消毒剂活化后即用的杀菌效果好于消毒液存放后的杀菌效果。结论:二氧化氯杀菌效果受浓度、作用时间、温度等因素影响明显,受有机物影响不明显。
In order to explore the factors that affect the bactericidal effect of solid chlorine dioxide, the effect of chlorine dioxide concentration, reaction time, temperature, organic matter and pH on the spore killing of Bacillus subtilis black mutant was determined by carrier quantitative bactericidal test. The results showed that the drug concentration, duration and temperature of chlorine dioxide solution were negatively correlated with the viability of the bacteria. The increase of the concentration of organic compounds decreased the killing effect, but the effect was not obvious. When the solution pH is acidic or alkaline, the bactericidal effect is better than that of the neutral environment. When the concentration is the same, the bactericidal effect immediately after the disinfectant is activated is better than that after the disinfectant is stored. Conclusion: The bactericidal effect of chlorine dioxide is obviously affected by the concentration, the action time and the temperature, but it is not affected obviously by the organic matter.
