财务管理是现代企业管理体系中最为重要的一部分,它对于企业的正常运转以及良性循环发展起着关键的作用,对于医院也是一样。新的医疗卫生体制改革,对医院提出了更高的要求,不仅要求医院提高自身的社会责任意识,更要求医院作为市场的主体,在市场经济竞争中寻求自身的生存和发展。但是大多数医院的财务管理没有适应时代的需求,存在的问题越来越突出,甚至严重损害医院的公众形象。针对这一现象,笔者分析医院财务管理中的问题,并重点探讨促进医院财务管理水平提高的管理策略,为医院的发展贡献自己的微薄力量。
Financial management is the most important part of the modern enterprise management system. It plays a key role in the normal operation of enterprises and in the development of a virtuous cycle. It is the same for hospitals. The new medical and health system reform put forward higher requirements for the hospital. It not only requires the hospital to raise its awareness of social responsibility, but also requires the hospital as the main body of the market to seek its own survival and development in the market economy competition. However, most of the hospital’s financial management did not meet the needs of the times, the problems have become more and more prominent, and even seriously damaged the public image of the hospital. In response to this phenomenon, the author analyzes the problems in the hospital financial management and focuses on the management strategies to promote the improvement of the hospital’s financial management so as to contribute its own meager power to the development of the hospital.
