上市公司中信息披露占据着非常重要的位置,债权人、投资者、政府部门等相关利益人员主要是通过信息披露报告对上市公司的实际情况进行了解。目前,上市公司在信息披露工作中面临着较多的问题,对相关利益人员判断公司成绩有着较大的影响。本文就上市公司信息披露工作存在的问题进行分析,对产生问题的原因进行总结,并全面探讨完善上市公司信息披露的相关对策,旨在促进上市公司获得较为快速的发展。
Information disclosure in listed companies occupies a very important position. Creditors, investors, government departments and other relevant stakeholders mainly understand the actual situation of listed companies through information disclosure reports. At present, the listed companies face more problems in information disclosure and have a greater influence on the judgment of relevant stakeholders on corporate performance. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the information disclosure of listed companies, summarizes the causes of the problems, and discusses the countermeasures to improve the information disclosure of the listed companies in an all-round way so as to promote the rapid development of listed companies.
