宁夏固原彭阳县位于宁夏回族自治区东南部,境内有红河、茹河、蒲河(安家川河)3大河流,均属泾河水系,全县现有库坝68座,其中中型水库4座(乃河、店洼、石头崾岘和庙台),小(一)型水库9座,分别是雅石沟、东海子、周庄、红堡、庙咀、马河、硷沟、小虎洼和李儿河。小(二)型水库21座,塘坝23座,骨干坝、淤地坝68座,总库容1.2亿m3,建人畜饮水工程48处,扬水站21座,机井92眼,各类井窖5.95万眼,泉水改造131处。基于此,就彭阳县中小型水库蓄水用水效益进行思考。
