本文结合航运市场的相关动态,分析我国国际船舶登记的相关问题。全文分成以下几个部分,首先介绍了我国船舶登记制度的现状,紧接着重点论述了我国国际船舶登记制度的发展及局限,最后对推进我国国际船舶登记提出了几点建议,包括减少登记时间、有条件放开船级社入级限制以及改革船龄限制规定等,以此起到进一步吸引我国船舶回籍之目的。
This article analyzes the relevant issues of China’s international ship registration based on the relevant developments in the shipping market. The article is divided into the following sections. Firstly, the status quo of China’s ship registration system is introduced. Then the development and limitations of China’s international ship registration system are discussed emphatically. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote China’s international ship registration, including reducing the registration time, Conditionally let go classification societies classification restrictions and the provisions on the reform of the age limit, in order to play to further attract China’s ship home.
