根据产业重心模型计算和分析了2000年和2007年中国高技术产业的重心分布及空间转移趋势,总结出了当前中国高技术转移的三个重要特征:即高技术产业东西分布不均,南北分布相对均衡;部分高技术产业重心出现向西部转移的趋势;高技术产业整体重心向东部,南部移动。在此基础上,分析了推动中国高技术产业空间转移的政策方向和政策建议。
According to the industrial center of gravity model, the author calculated and analyzed the center of gravity and spatial transfer trend of high-tech industries in China in 2000 and 2007 and summarized three important characteristics of high-tech transfer in China at present: unevenly distributed high-tech industries and north-south distribution Relatively balanced; part of the high-tech industry center of gravity shift to the west trend; high-tech industry as a whole center of gravity to the east and south to move. On this basis, it analyzes the policy direction and policy suggestions on promoting the spatial transfer of China’s high-tech industries.
