本文报道了100例挫伤性继发性青光眼。根据引起眼压升高的原因分为:前房出血引起的青光眼,溶血性青光眼、晶体引起的青光眼、房角粘连引起的青光眼、小梁损伤引起的青光眼、前房玻璃体引起的青光眼、血影细胞性青光眼等。对溶血性青光眼作了简短论述。在讨论中指出:应对每个损伤具体分析,找出引起眼压升高的主要原因,并指出虹膜前粘连引起的青光眼有一些是可以避免的。
