利用动态模拟装置测试和研究了雷管和火帽两种典型针刺火工品在动态击发条件下的发火性能,获得了动态发火性能试验数据,与落球仪的测试结果及经典公式Ef=Eo·e-0.1v计算结果进行了对比分析.从基本原理出发建立了尖头和平头两种击针在针刺过程中的力学模型、戳击速度模型和针刺功率模型,并推导出了分析解.
The dynamical performance of the two typical acupunctures of detonator and fire cap under dynamic firing conditions was tested and studied with the dynamic simulator. The dynamic pyrotechnic performance test data were obtained, and the results of the ball drop test and the classical formula Ef = Eo · e-0.1v calculated results were analyzed. Based on the basic principles, the mechanics model, puncturing speed model and acupuncture power model of acupuncture and acupuncture were established, and the analytic solution was deduced.
