大庆油田低压热水锅炉占锅炉总数的 5 9 7%。近几年对锅炉压力容器检验获得的资料显示 ,每年锅炉因腐蚀大修台数均在 2 0 0台左右 ,每年的大修费约为 130 0万元。锅炉腐蚀主要是氧腐蚀。为了降低锅炉腐蚀 ,减少大修费 ,大庆油田采油三厂积极研制炉内加药新产品 ,先后试验成功了湿保剂、除氧剂、阻垢除氧缓蚀剂 ,并在全厂7座锅炉房的 19台热水锅炉上推广应用 ,取得了显著效果。
