针对四明湖水库存在的大坝坝体填筑质量差、斜墙防渗能力薄弱、局部存在渗流破坏,泄洪闸整体老化、启闭设施老化腐蚀且能力不足已不能安全运行等一系列安全隐患问题,采用PE复合土工膜与原粘土斜墙联合防渗、重建泄洪闸、加固非常溢洪道及原输水隧洞、新增供水隧洞等工程措施,消除了安全隐患,提高了工程运行安全度及水库调度、枢纽工程运行状态监控的可靠性。
