金湖剪纸奇人陆功勋先生,从教从政多年,是一个多才多艺的传播民间文化艺术的高人。他的隶书作品被名家评介为:宽博淳厚,雄伟高古,灵动典雅,苍劲古朴。而其花鸟画则将传统的技法、审美情趣与当代人的审美意识有机地结合起来,将泼、洒、染、晕、揉、搓等多种技法融为一体,形成了自己的个性和风格。更令人惊叹的是他的彩膜剪纸被赞誉为水乡绽开的一株绚烂多彩的艺术奇葩。中国剪纸协会原会长仉凤皋教授称赞其作品为“刀下生辉”。陆功勋先生的剪纸艺术并非天成,而是来自数十年一以贯之对艺术的执着追求。陆功勋
