近来,多项涉及棉纺业的政策出现松动,一些长期制约棉纺行业发展的政策目前正在逐步调整。但这并不意味着立刻打碎了棉纺业发展桎梏,专家提示,未来棉纺业形势依然不乐观,企业仍需要采取相关措施来应对。今年以来,涉及到棉纺行业的政策频出。新疆棉农直补试点、棉花临时收放储、“高征低扣”等政策都有所调整和松动。这不难看出,在各方的积极呼吁下,长期制约棉纺行业发展的政策目前正在得到逐步的调整。这是不是意味着制约棉纺企业发展的各种问题有望得到解决?棉纺企业将迎来春天?业内人士表示,尽管相关的政策正在松动,但是到目前为止还没有看到有具体的实际措施,棉纺企业走出困境还为时过早。
