新试验方法的特点是采用表面有V形沟槽的圆饼形型砂试件,在激热试验炉中受 到自下而上的高温烘烤。通过窥视孔可连续观察试件表面的脱皮现象和得出激热开裂时 间。试验结果表明测得数值相当集中并且稳定,而且与铸件上生成结疤缺陷的趋势完全一致。还研究了原砂的SiO2量、紧实程度、紧实率、膨润土、重油、糊精、淀粉、纸浆废 液、煤粉等因素对激热开裂时间的影响。都能清楚地给出了有关砂型抗结疤性能的趋向。
The new test method is characterized by the use of the surface of the cake with a V-shaped pie-shaped sand sand samples, in the heat test furnace bottom-up high-temperature baking. Clearly gives the trend of anti-scarring performance of the sand.
