城市规划是我国最早应用地理信息系统(GIS)技术的领域之一。本文以信息化时代城市规划理论与方法急需拓展为出发点,全面总结了国内外城市规划信息化建设现状,以系统方法、控制论、信息论为基础,首先提出了描述城市规划动态过程的螺旋模型。然后,以该螺旋模型为原型,系统论述了数字规划原理,描述了其组成框架,研究了城市规划动态螺旋过程的数字化方法。主要内容如下。
Urban planning is one of the earliest applications of geographic information system (GIS) technology in China. Based on the systematic methods, cybernetics and information theory, this paper first proposes a spiral model that describes the dynamic process of urban planning. In this paper, based on the urgent need to expand urban planning theory and method in the era of information age, this paper summarizes the current status of urban planning informatization construction at home and abroad. Then, taking the spiral model as a prototype, the principle of digital planning is systematically discussed, its composition framework is described, and the digitization method of dynamic spiral process in urban planning is studied. The main contents are as follows.
