该机是万利达公司在2000年下半年推出的新型逐行扫描DVD,其电源电路采用了新型PWM(Pulsewidth modulation)控制集成电路UC3842和场效应管SSP5N90A(BG1)组成的它激式开关电源。由于采用了PWM控制技术,故该机的工作电压范围很宽——在90~270V内均能稳定地工作。近年来,许多新型DVD(或VCD)都采用了UC3842来组成开关电源,在此,笔者就以万利达PDVD—N996型DVD开关电源为例来介绍一下该类电源的原理与维修方法(电路见图1)。
This machine is a new progressive scan DVD introduced by Malata in the second half of 2000. Its power circuit adopts the exciting switching power supply which is composed of the new pulse width modulation control integrated circuit UC3842 and the field effect transistor SSP5N90A (BG1). As a result of the PWM control technology, so the machine operating voltage range is very wide - in the 90 ~ 270V can work stably. In recent years, many new DVD (or VCD) have used the UC3842 to form a switching power supply, here, I author to Malata PDVD-N996 DVD switching power supply as an example to introduce the principle of such power and maintenance methods (circuit diagram 1).
