近年来,随着社会转型的加快,警察面对的执法环境愈发复杂,警察执法权益受到阻碍甚至暴力抗法时有发生,不仅造成民警人身健康受到伤害,也严重影响了国家法律的权威性和法律实施的有效性。因此,本文针对如何最大限度地保障人民警察在执法过程中的合法权益,以便更好地发挥其职能作用进行探讨。
