有媒体曾这样评价梁百忍,不推销任何一项具体的产品和服务项目,却能成为香港在广东地区最大的“推销员”。香港特别行政区政府驻粤经济贸易办事处(简称驻粤办,下同)主任梁百忍在接受本刊记者采访时却谦虚地说,最大的推销员应该是在粤的港商,我只是他们的“助手”。

Leung Pak Ninh, director of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government’s Guangdong Economic and Trade Office in Guangdong (referred to as the Guangdong Office, the same below), modestly said in an interview with this reporter that the largest salespeople should be Hong Kong businessmen in Guangdong, “assistant”.
