由于大庆油田原油的酸值很低,所以应用三元复合驱的效果不理想,但如果先注微生物,再用现有的三元配方(大庆自行研制)驱替,提高采收率幅度平均在29%(OOIP),比单独三元复合体系驱油采收率增加9%左右[1],为了进一步提高采收率,提出了微生物与三元复合驱结合的开发思路。在注入微生物发酵液的过程中,通过控制通气量,使菌种提高原油酸值的同时,改变原油流变性。研究表明,进行菌种作用后原油的物理性质得到改善,原油对三元复合体系的界面张力降低,流变性变好,作用后原油酸值较未作用时提高20倍以上。应用微生物与三元复合驱结合的方法既能进一步提高采收率,又降低了三元复合驱的成本,所以对于低酸值油藏,被认为是一种经济有效的开采方法。
Due to the low acid value of crude oil in Daqing Oilfield, the application of ASP flooding is not very effective. However, if microbes are injected first and then flooding with the existing ternary formula (developed by Daqing), the average recovery rate will increase 29% (OOIP). Compared with a single ternary system, the oil recovery factor increased by about 9% [1]. In order to further improve oil recovery, a development idea of combining microorganism with ternary compound flooding was proposed. In the process of injecting microbial fermentation broth, the rheology of the crude oil is changed while controlling the aeration so that the strain can increase the crude acid value. The results showed that the physical properties of the crude oil were improved after the strain was inoculated. The interfacial tension of the crude oil decreased and the rheological properties became better. The acid value of the crude oil increased more than 20 times when the crude oil did not react. The combination of micro-organisms and ternary compound flooding can not only improve oil recovery but also reduce the cost of ASP flooding, so it is considered to be a economical and effective method for low-acid value reservoirs.
