为了解当前重庆市城区居民膳食营养状况,正确引导食物结构调整,我们于1998年对重庆市179户784名散居居民进行膳食结构与营养状况调查,结果表明:热能及多种营养素摄入充足,而钙摄入不足,脂肪摄入偏高:膳食DDP评分100.3分,谷类摄入不足,动物性食品尤其猪肉摄入过多:居民消瘦、肥胖构成百分比分别为6.98%和17.21%:贫血检出占12.5%。据此,提出了相应的营养干预对策。
In order to understand the current nutritional status of urban residents in Chongqing and correctly guide the food structure adjustment, we investigated the dietary structure and nutritional status of 784 residents in 179 households in Chongqing in 1998. The results showed that: adequate intake of heat and various nutrients, The lack of calcium intake, high fat intake: dietary DDP score of 100.3 points, inadequate intake of cereals, animal foods, especially excessive intake of pork: residents wasting, the percentage of obesity were 6.98% and 17 respectively. 21%: anemia detected 12.5%. Accordingly, put forward the corresponding nutrition intervention measures.
