放射性~(99m)锝离子(~(99m)TcO_4~(++))能被胃粘膜选择性吸收。使~(99m)锝浓聚于胃。因此用~(99m)锝作胃显像剂能清楚地显示整个胃形态及胃粘膜功能状况。对胃疾病及胃癌的诊断,鉴别诊断很有价值。是继X线、胃镜等检查之后的另一种诊断手段。
Radioactive 99mTc (~ (99m) TcO_4 ~ (++)) can be selectively absorbed by gastric mucosa. ~ (99m) technetium concentrated in the stomach. Therefore, ~ (99m) technetium as gastric imaging agent can clearly show the entire gastric morphology and gastric mucosal functional status. Of stomach disease and stomach cancer diagnosis, differential diagnosis is valuable. Is following the X-ray, gastroscopy and other tests after another diagnostic tool.
