缺血性脑损伤是一个复杂的多因素、多环节的病生理过程。主要包括血流动力学紊乱、血液流变学紊乱、细胞代谢障碍、自由基损害、PAF(血小板活化因子)损害、细胞内、外离子稳态失调及兴奋性氨基酸的神经毒性等。临床上常用的药物虽然种类繁多但每种药物作用单一,或是扩张血管,或是改善脑组织的代谢,降低血粘度等,尤其缺乏具有清除自由基,拮抗 PAF 和对抗兴奋性氨基酸神经毒性作用的理想制剂,况且目前常用的药物都或多或少的存在着一些副作用。法国博福—益普生制药集团研制生产的达纳康(?)tanakan(?)以全面的药理特性和理想的安全性和耐受性,多环节对抗缺血性脑损伤,树立了缺血性脑血管病治疗的新观念。
