对碱法蔗渣浆碱回收白泥制备精制碳酸钙及其用于抄纸加填项目进行探索。根据蔗渣浆碱回收绿液和白泥的性质特点,优化绿液的苛化工艺,提高石灰乳液品质,所得精制碳酸钙产品质量达到同级商品碳酸钙水平,用于抄纸加填,纸页的强度、白度指标与商品碳酸钙加填效果相当,表明白泥精制碳酸钙可以满足造纸工业的要求,实现白泥的资源化利用。
Alkali bagasse alkali recovery of white mud preparation of refined calcium carbonate and paper used for filling project to explore. According to the properties of green liquor and white mud recycled from bagasse pulp alkali, the causticization process of green liquor is optimized and the quality of lime milk emulsion is improved. The quality of the refined calcium carbonate product obtained reaches the level of the commodity calcium carbonate for the papermaking and filling, Strength and whiteness index are similar to those of commercial calcium carbonate filling, which shows that white clay refined calcium carbonate can meet the requirements of papermaking industry and realize the utilization of lime mud.
