目的 进一步探讨梅尼埃病的中西医结合治疗方法。方法1993年6月～1997年12月收治的梅尼埃病患者168例,随机分为中药组（51例）、西药组（57例）和中西医结合组（60例）,并予相应的疗法进行治疗。结果 中药组眩晕控制率74.51％,听力改善率62.75％;西药组分别为73.68％和73.68％;中西医结合组分别为93.33％和88.33％。中西医结合组与其它两组之间的疗效差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 中西医结合疗法可以提高治愈率,减少复发率。
Objective To further explore the Meniere’s disease with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. Methods A total of 168 patients with Meniere’s disease admitted from June 1993 to December 1997 were randomly divided into two groups: the Chinese medicine group (n = 51), the western medicine group (n = 57) and the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group (n = 60) Therapy for treatment. Results The control rate of vertigo was 74.51% in TCM group and 62.75% in hearing improvement group, 73.68% and 73.68% in Western medicine group, 93.33% and 88.33% in Integrative Chinese medicine group respectively. Integrative Medicine Group and the other two groups the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Integrative medicine therapy can improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
