目的:研究补肾滋肝调经汤对高雄激素雌鼠子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:测孕4天、孕5天、孕6天子宫内膜转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)表达及血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)值,观察孕5天胞饮突。结果:孕4天、孕5天补肾滋肝调经汤组孕酮值与模型对照组及正常对照组比较显著升高(P<0.05)。孕5天、孕6天补肾滋肝调经组子宫内膜TGF-β1较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.05);孕5天补肾滋肝调经汤组较来曲唑组、模型对照组及正常对照组胞饮突丰富,发育良好。结论补肾滋肝调经汤可调节高雄激素雌鼠内分泌水平,从一定程度上改善子宫内膜容受性。
Objective: To study the effect of Bushen Zi Gan Tiao Jing Decoction on endometrial receptivity in female rats with hyperandrogenism. Methods: The expression of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) and serum estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) in 4 days pregnant, 5 days pregnant and 6 days pregnant were measured. . Results: The progesterone levels of Bushen Zizhi Tiaojing Decoction group were significantly higher than that of the model control group and the normal control group (P <0.05) on the 4th and 5th day of pregnancy. Compared with the control group, the levels of TGF-β1 in Kidney-nourishing Liver-regulating and regulating menstruation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) The normal control group of cells drinking rich, well-developed. Conclusion Bushen Zi Gan Tiao Jing Tang can regulate the endocrine level of female rats with hyperandrogenism, to a certain extent, improve endometrial receptivity.
