为了监测规模猪场育肥猪粪中污染因子的四季变化规律,采用GB 5576-88标准测定了鲜粪中的含水率、采用NY 525-2002标准测定风干粪样中的全氮、全磷和有机质的含量、采用GB/T 17138-1997标准测定风干粪样中的铜、锌含量。结果表明:育肥猪鲜粪中含水率的季节变化为冬季>秋季>春季>夏季;风干粪样中,5项检测指标及年均值的大小顺序在四季的变化均为有机质>全磷>全氮>铜>锌;全氮含量冬季最低、秋季最高,全磷含量夏季最高、春季最低,有机质含量夏季最高、春季最低,铜含量秋季最高、春季最低,锌含量秋季最高、冬季最低。
