作者从我国卫生监督体系进展的历史,特别是当前过渡期卫生监督执法工作运行机制出发,阐述了各个时期我国卫生监督体系的特征和发展趋势。论述了:①卫生行政执法职能的发挥与卫生监督体制改革的密切关系;②市场经济条件下强化卫生行政执法职能的重要性和紧迫性;③进一步改善卫生监督体系的对策和措施;④探讨一种新的适应卫生行政执法职能的基层卫生监督组织体系模式。
From the history of the development of China’s health supervision system, especially the current operation mechanism of health supervision and supervision during the transitional period, the author elaborates the features and development trends of China’s health supervision system in various periods.
