人类多能干细胞(human pluripotent stem cells,hPSC)具有在体外培养环境中无限自我更新的能力和发育的多能性。这些特性赋予了hPSC在基础研究和临床应用上的巨大价值。探究调控hPSC命运决定的分子机制,有助于我们更好地利用hPSC。而在诸多hPSC命运调控分子机制中,信号通路的调控在其中具有重要地位。系统地了解调控hPSC命运决定的信号通路可以使我们在整体上把握hPSC的命运走向。本综述从自我更新、分化、增殖与凋亡以及状态转换等不同方面,介绍在hPSC中影响上述生物学过程的信号通路研究新进展,希望能为hPSC的研究者提供一个全面的视野,并在此基础上进一步完善hPSC命运决定的调控网络。
Human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) have the capacity to self-renew indefinitely and the developmental pluripotency in an in vitro culture environment. These features give hPSC great value in basic research and clinical applications. Exploring the molecular mechanisms that govern the fate of hPSCs helps us make better use of hPSCs. In many molecular mechanisms of hPSC fate regulation, the regulation of signal pathways plays an important role in them. A systematic understanding of the signal pathways governing the fate of hPSCs allows us to grasp the fate of hPSCs as a whole. This review presents new advances in the signaling pathways that influence these biological processes in hPSCs from the aspects of self-renewal, differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis, as well as state transitions. It is hoped that this review will provide a holistic view of hPSC researchers in Based on this to further improve the fate of hPSC regulation and control network.
