城市供水管道腐蚀和结垢,不仅会降低管网的供水能力,还会影响供水水质,因此对供水管网进行更新改造具有重要意义。依托某小区供水管网喷涂修复工程,阐述了环氧树脂喷涂修复工艺和喷涂改造对供水水质的影响。结果表明,经环氧树脂喷涂修复后,水质有较大程度的改善,浊度、TOC、Mn和Pb浓度都有明显的降低,pH值和余氯浓度变化不明显。
The corrosion and scaling of urban water supply pipe will not only reduce the water supply capacity of the pipe network, but also affect the water quality of the water supply. Therefore, it is of great significance to renew and reform the water supply network. Relying on a community water supply network spray repair project, described the epoxy resin spray coating repair process and spray on the water quality improvement. The results showed that the water quality was greatly improved after the epoxy resin was sprayed and repaired. The turbidity, TOC, Mn and Pb concentrations were obviously decreased, but the changes of pH and residual chlorine concentration were not obvious.
