引起小麦赤霉病的病原菌是禾谷镰刀菌。但导致小麦赤霉病的发生和流行则是多种因素作用的结果。国内许多研究者以及我们多年抗性鉴定一致证明,小麦同一品种的抗病性常常因年度间和地区间气候条件的变化而呈现差异。在一定条件下,看来气温对赤霉病菌的影响是起主要作用的。本试验着重探索温度对赤霉病菌生长及其致病性的影响,以期进一步明确年度和地区间病害严重程度和品种抗性差异的原因。试验方法供试菌种为Fusarium Graminearum Schwabe,共计16个菌株,均系1974年以来本所先后从省内各地采集小麦病穗分离所得。将
