近几年来,我国的上市公司呈现出了递增的趋势,成为了我国市场经济中具有活力和生机的力量,推动了我国经济的发展。但是由于来自企业自身、外部环境的治理机制、财务柔性等的冲击,都在一定程度上影响着上市公司价值以及投资的效率。本文在分析中国上市公司所面临的内外环境的基础上,探究其内外部治理机制与公司价值的关系,以及财务柔性对公司价值的影响。希望给予相关企业一些启发和建议。
In recent years, the listed companies in our country have shown an increasing trend, which has become a dynamic and vital force in the market economy of our country and has promoted the economic development of our country. However, due to the impact from the enterprise itself, the governance mechanism of the external environment, financial flexibility and so on, to a certain extent, it affects the value of listed companies and the efficiency of investment. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment facing Chinese listed companies, this paper explores the relationship between internal and external governance mechanisms and corporate value and the impact of financial flexibility on corporate value. I hope to give some inspiration and advice related businesses.
