在世界科技迅猛发展和经济全球化的今天,国际间的科技竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,人力资源的开发与有效利用已经成为高科技产业乃至整个国民经济发展的决定性因素。为促进高科技产业人力资源开发与有效利用,第六届中国北京国际科技产业博览会组织了一系列活动,将以更大的规模、更深入的服务为北京市乃至全国搭建高科技人才信息交流平台,打造高新技术人才大市场。在前几届科博会人才交流活动成功举办的基础上,本届科博会分层次设立了四项人才专项交流活动:有面向企业总裁及人力资源高层经理的“第二届中国人力资源发展高峰会”;有面向海外留学人才的“第二届北京留学人才招聘会”;有面向全社会中高级人才的“人才招聘大会”;也有面向全国求职个人的“网上人才招聘会”。与往届相比,本届科博会人才专项交流活动具有以下特点:
