本文简单地概述了九十年代以来由于连续铸钢的发展而促使带钢生产工艺的改进;概述了世界上工业发达国家在带钢生产工艺方面的新成就与新工艺,如美国纽柯公司短流程的带钢生产线、意大利阿维迪的铸轧带钢生产线;并着重介绍了正在进行改进的新工艺和大有发展前途的试验工艺,如已经取得试验成果CPR工艺和克虏伯在VDM公司nnna厂和seigen厂直接浇成热带的试验成果。另外,对我国带钢生产的发展前景亦提出了一些看法。
This article briefly outlines the improvement of the strip production process due to the development of continuous casting since the nineties. It also summarizes the new achievements and new technologies of strip production in industrialized countries in the world. For example, The process of strip production line, Italy Avedi casting strip steel production line; and highlights the ongoing improvement of new technology and great promising test process, such as the trial has been achieved CPR process and Krupp in the VDM company nnna plant and seigen plant directly poured into tropical test results. In addition, some opinions on the development prospects of strip production in China are also put forward.
