股权分置是中国在特殊经济条件下所产生的制度性缺陷,而其制度性缺陷的表现又是多方面的,本文在提出股权分置改革必须考虑的因素的基础上,对前两批股权分置改革试点企业通过的股改方案进行了分析,并给出了纯送股等三种值得借鉴的股改方案。
The split share structure is a systematic flaw in China under special economic conditions. The performance of its institutional defects is multifaceted. On the basis of the factors that must be considered in the share split structure reform, The share reform plan adopted by the pilot enterprises of the separation and reform was analyzed and three kinds of share reform schemes that were worth learning from were given.
