目的:分析8~10岁学龄儿童尿碘监测结果。方法:采用整群抽样的方式选取2014年至2016年罗山县疾病预防控制中心搜集的8~10岁儿童儿童尿样356份,对所选儿童使用砷铈催化分光光度法检测儿童尿碘水平。结果:356份儿童的中位尿碘含量为120.5 mg·L~(-1),不同年份8~10岁儿童的尿碘水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:8~10岁学龄儿童尿碘监测结果控制在规定范围内,儿童碘营养水平整体合格。
Objective: To analyze urinary iodine monitoring results of school-age children aged 8-10 years. METHODS: A total of 356 urine samples collected from children aged 8 to 10 collected by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Luoshan from 2014 to 2016 were collected by cluster sampling method. Urinary iodine levels in children were determined using arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry . Results: The urinary iodine content in 356 children was 120.5 mg · L -1. There was no significant difference in urinary iodine levels between children aged 8-10 years (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The urinary iodine monitoring results of school-age children aged 8-10 years are controlled within the prescribed range, and the overall level of iodine nutrition in children is qualified.
