目的：对应用胫前减张切口结合锁定加压钢板技术对患有胫腓骨远端骨折疾病的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法：抽取我院收治的92例患有胫腓骨远端骨折疾病的老年患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组46例。采用锁定钢板内固定方式对对照组患者实施治疗；采用胫前减张切口结合锁定加压钢板技术对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果：治疗组患者胫腓骨远端骨折疾病的手术治疗效果明显优于对照组；胫腓骨骨折住院治疗时间和手术后胫腓骨功能恢复正常时间明显短于对照组。结论：应用胫前减张切口结合锁定加压钢板技术对患有胫腓骨远端骨折疾病的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。“,”Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of elderly patients with fracture of the tibia and fibula with the use of the locking compression plate technology.Methods 92 elderly patients with distal tibia and fibula fracture were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with average of 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated by locking plate internal fixation, and the treatment group was treated by using the technology of the locking compression plate combined with locking compression plate.Results the surgical treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the recovery time and the functional recovery of the tibia and fibula were significantly shorter than the control group.Conclusions the clinical effect of the treatment of elderly patients with fracture of the distal tibia and fibula with the locking compression plate combined with locking compression plate is very obvious.
