呼玛县原有小型国有、集体企业34户,1996年按照上级转换经营机制的要求,实施了股份制改造,变国有、集体企业为股份制企业。企业转换经营机制完成后,组成股份制企业36户,企业资产均在200万元以下,职工100人左右。为了解转制企业档案工作现状,笔者对其中23户企业的档案管理进行了调查,从调查结果来看,除会计档案外,其他类别档案管理基本处于无序状态,着实令人堪忧。在此笔者就转制企业档案管
