妊娠合并艾森曼格综合征母婴预后极差，个体化治疗措施尚需参考临床经验。现就近年妊娠合并艾森曼格综合征相关的院前诊疗、维持治疗、终止妊娠的时机和方式、麻醉方式的选择、剖宫产术中监测方式、注意事项及术后管理以及预后的研究进展做一综述。“,”Eisenmenger's syndrome during pregnancy is associated with extremely poor maternal and fetal outcome and the treatment is based on individualized care in light of clinical experience. This review summarizes recent progress on pre-hospital diagnosis and treatment, maintenance therapy, timing and mode of termination of pregnancy, anesthesia method, monitoring and cautions during cesarean section, postoperative management and prognosis of pregnancy in patients with Eisenmenger's syndrome.
