试验用荧光衍生试剂丹磺酰氯作为柱前衍生试剂,对硫酸多黏菌素E1和硫酸多黏菌素E2的衍生物进行高效液相色谱分离,主要对硫酸多黏菌素E衍生反应中几个重要因素进行研究。结果表明:在丹磺酰氯质量浓度为3.0 mg/mL,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为40 min,缓冲体系pH值为10.5时,衍生效果最佳,衍生物在24 h内稳定性良好。
